Codvid-19 prevention guideline applied on Viet Excursions travel services
We are maintaining the high precaution on Covid-19 outbreak. Our services always focus on customer's safety.
We are coordinating closely with the National Health Ministry and the guideline of WHO to implement enhanced screening, prevention and control measures on our services.
To protect the health and safety of everyone participating in our services: tour, shore excursions, accommodation, transportation, we are implementing the following procedures:
Monitoring and Taking Action
Check staff's health reguraly to ensure noone has the symptoms of illness with fever, feverishness, chills, cough or difficulty
breathing.
Ensure all staff are aware of the symptoms of COVID-19 and are asked to monitor guests for any signs of
illness.
During tour, if a guest experiences any symptoms of flu like illness such as fever or feverishness,
chills, cough, or shortness of breath:
• Separate them and their companions from the group
• If urgent care is required, call the emergency services advising them of the nature of the guest’s
symptoms.
• Ensure staff report the issue, so that the transport and tour facilities they used can be cleaned and
disinfected before reuse
Cleaning and Disinfection
• Clean and disinfect hand touch surfaces in tour/excursion facilities and transportation between
groups
• Use disinfectants proven to be effective against coronaviruses – this includes simple bleach and
chlorine solutions
Protecting Everyone’s Health
• Check that hand washing facilities are working properly and kept clean during excursions
• It is recommended that alcohol hand sanitizers are provided in locations where there are no hand
washing facilities
As with all respiratory illnesses, particularly during cold and flu season, everyone can take simple steps to
reduce their risk of illness from COVID-19:
• Wash your hands as often as you can, using soap and water for 20 seconds
• Where soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer instead
• Avoid close contact (1 meter/3 feet or less) with anyone suffering from a respiratory illness
• Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and then dispose of it into a bin
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
• It is recommended that you are vaccinated against seasonal influenza
Use of Facemasks
Facemasks is required at current time for everyone.
